Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer

The MEL Officer will formulate data collection templates, audit digital tracking apps, and analyze field outreach coverage models across the GGS project.

Responsibilities

• Refine monthly project metrics and manage the main CRS central cloud progress dashboard.
• Implement strict quality assessments in selected private pharmaceutical clinics.
• Author quarterly program papers and visual summaries for external sponsors.

Requirements

• Command of quantitative analysis packages (SPSS, Stata, R).
• Flawless communication skills in written/verbal English and Nepali.
• Active team player comfortable spending periods in mountain-region villages.
